I started Wellbeing Foundations for people who need more than one kind of support—because life rarely shows up in neat categories. Sometimes something happens and we need space to talk it through. Sometimes we carry things from the past that still quietly shape how we feel today. And sometimes, we just know we’re ready for a change—but aren’t sure where to start.
Wellbeing Foundations is here for all of it: the past, the present, and the future.
Here, you’re not choosing between counselling or coaching—you’re choosing the support that fits. That might mean healing and reflection, or it might mean focus and momentum. Often, it’s a mix. Wellbeing Foundations offer a flexible, integrated approach that evolves with you, combining:

I’m a qualified therapist and executive coach, with years of experience working in leadership and high-pressure environments. What matters most now is the space I hold for others: space to pause, reflect, and find a way forward that feels honest and sustainable.
Outside of my client work, I volunteer with an NHS-funded mental health service, walk often to clear my mind, and keep learning through books that explore growth and well-being. These practices keep me grounded—and I bring that same grounding into every session.
